Good location and very clean, the entrance isn’t so pleasant walking through restaurant’s dirty dishes and laundry, but once in it’s a handy spot. Bathroom unfortunately smells of drains.

Trâm’s home is great choice for small family who would love to explore iconic places if Hanoi city. Right at the famous Cathedral and Sword Lake. The house is super clean and has everything we need for a vacation in Hanoi city. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Hanoi next time.

The apartment is clean, spacious, luxurious and modern with very new furniture and equipment. It also has a washing machine & dryer. I’ve been travelling for a while and not stayed a single place had that one
The TV is also very big, it feels like you can lie in bed and watch movies all day because the house is very cozy. The location of the house is also excellent, located right in the center of the old town and a lot of convenience stores around

St. Joseph’s Cathedral and Kong Cafe are very close. It was located in the middle of the old town, so there were many places to enjoy until late, and I felt that the security was good. Hoan Kiem Lake was close, so it was easy to take a morning walk, and the market was close, so it was good to go sightseeing at any time. The bedding and tableware were well organized and the modern interior was pleasant. The cleanliness of the bathroom was a bit disappointing because there were stains and mold. Overall, it was a very satisfying accommodation.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and perfectly located in the heart of the old town – all sights are easily and quickly accessible. Thanks to the central location, you can get anywhere in no time, which makes the stay particularly pleasant. Tram is a very attentive, warm host and always available if you need support. You really get the best for your money here: great location, high cleanliness and tasteful decor combine to make for an all-round successful stay.
We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to all travelers.

Excellent location, right in Hanoi’s “Phố Cổ”, which allows you to do a lot of things on foot. The apartment is very clean, neat, quiet despite the very lively environment (church, school, restaurants…). Access would be a bit difficult for people with reduced mobility. Similarly, the practical absence of a view to the outside may not be suitable for those with claustrophobia. But these are the characteristics of many homes in the old district of Hanoi, you just have to be aware, which is our case. The hosts are nice, friendly and responsive.
It is a place that is perfect for young people who want to freely discover the beautiful capital of VN.

Very spacious and comfortable accommodation. Looked exactly like the pictures. The bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment is quietly located, so you can’t hear the street noise.
The host is very polite, responds quickly to messages, gives clear instructions and recommendations for the area.

A great recommendation from here! The place was absolutely perfect – clean, cozy and with a great location. The host was incredibly sweet and accommodating, and she was very flexible with both check-in and checkout. As an extra nice gesture, we even got a small gift on departure.
