Hanoi In Your Stay

Experience Today

At Ladi Homestay, we create a welcoming retreat where comfort, elegance, and heartfelt service meet. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to bring you peace, warmth, and memorable moments throughout your stay

Welcome to Ladi

Another way to stay in the Old Quarter

Ladi is not a hotel. It is not a place to sleep through.
It is seven homes — four at No. 2 Nhà Thờ, just under the bell tower of St. Joseph’s Cathedral, and three at No. 8 Cửa Nam, near the famous train tracks — kept the way a house in Hanoi should be kept. Morning light on a wooden floor. A Bát Tràng tea set already on the counter. Enough quiet to make a slow coffee before the city begins.
We believe in slow stay. Stay a little longer. Move a little slower. Let Hanoi catch up with you.

Seven homes — seven ways to stay

Find your home

Each home at Ladi has its own concept — Modern, Scandi-Korean, Rustica, Atelier — but they share the same intent: warm, quiet, considered.

FAQ

Everything you'd want to know before you arrive

How does check-in work?
Self check-in, twenty-four hours. We send the smart-lock code on your check-in day, along with directions. Check-out is at noon, and you are welcome to drop bags with us before or after your stay at no charge.
Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes. Ladi has a private airport transfer service for an extra fee — book one day in advance. If you prefer to arrange your own ride, an airport taxi to Hoàn Kiếm runs around 350,000–400,000 VND.
Is there an elevator?
Three of our Cửa Nam homes — Studio (2F), Casa (3F), and Atelier (4F) — have elevator access. The four homes at Churchside, on the second and third floors, do not. This is the original Old Quarter architecture, and the climb is part of the experience
Is the WiFi reliable enough to work from?
Yes. High-speed WiFi in every home, with a proper desk in each. Many of our guests are remote workers staying seven to fourteen nights — work-stay is a familiar use case for us.
What's included in the home?
Every home at Ladi comes with a kitchen, free laundry (washer, dryer, detergent, softener), full toiletries, hair dryer, smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, a three-mode lighting system, and housekeeping every three days for longer stays. Some homes also have a soaking tub, balcony, or parking — see each listing for details.
Is breakfast included?
No. Ladi is a homestay, not a hotel — we don't run a kitchen. But your home is stocked with coffee, tea, and water. More importantly, Ladi is five to ten minutes' walk from some of the best phở, coffee, and breakfast spots in the Old Quarter. Trâm will send you her shortlist when you check in.
