Scandi-Korean in Hanoi — The Story Behind Ladi Churchside T2

When most Hanoi homestays are chasing Indochina aesthetics, Japandi, or “rustic old quarter” — we chose to do something completely different.

Ladi Churchside T2 — a 1-bedroom unit designed around the Scandi-Korean Fusion concept — the only one of its kind in the entire Ladi portfolio.

Why Scandi-Korean?

Scandinavian design: white space, minimalist lines, natural light in command. Korean aesthetic: soft pastel fabrics, warm pale wood, a quiet kind of warmth that does not try too hard. When these two meet in a Hanoi apartment — the result is a space that feels both designed and lived-in.

This is not decor for Instagram. It is a space designed for people who know what they want — and want it to feel like their own.

Churchside T2 is located at 2 Nha Tho Street, steps from St. Joseph Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake. Natural light floods in. The city hums outside. Inside, it is yours.

Hanoi in your stay.
